Tom is a licensed South Carolina Contractor and a licensed Real Estate Broker. For many years Tom was one of the top realtors on Hilton Head and founder and managing partner of the very successful real estate company, Lighthouse Realty. Tom has been involved in building over 1,300 homes on the island since 1979, by far more than any other builder. This experience is passed along to the customer in the form of designs that no other company possesses. Jacoby has built just about every type of home imaginable in every plantation. Tom has an extensive background in development. He is co-founder of two golf courses, Old South Golf Links and Old Carolina Golf Club. He was also the developer of several highly successful projects, Bermuda Pointe and Oakview subdivisions as well as the luxury town homes of Berwick Green, located in Indigo Run on the Golden Bear Golf Course.We have the experience and expertise to build small homes in the 1500 to 1700 square foot range, as seen in the Oakview and Hanahan Place developments, as well as the super luxury homes up to 7000 sq. ft., as seen in, Wexford, Long Cove, Colleton River, Berkley Hall and Belfair.

Bubba has been raised around the construction business his entire life. He has developed a keen sense of understanding for the business from the countless years he spent on the job sites getting hands on experience of the construction process including framing, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, just to name a few.  Bubba brings his ability to keep all trades on schedule, while maintaining quality and keeping all costs in budget. His personal goal is also to achieve a high level of customer service and satisfaction with our clients.

Greg has over 30 years in finance and accounting including experience as a commercial and investment banker, CFO, and founder and CEO of a construction related business.  Greg is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and holds an MBA from Wake Forest University.  He lives in Seabrook, SC with Harriett, his wife of 40 plus years and has 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren.

Sue joined the team nearly 30 years ago as office manager. In addition to her management duties, Sue helps our clients with selections and provides decorating advice when needed. Her extensive knowledge of local suppliers and their products adds immeasurable value to our services. Sue's efforts to coordinate a client's selections with the work in the field assure that Jacoby & Sons delivers exactly what the client wants.

Nicki’s job is to enhance the Jacoby & Sons homeowner experience.  She does a lot of the “behind the scenes” activities for print and marketing. Nicki has a club membership and marketing background and has always been a lover of all things design related: web, graphic, interior… you name it.  She also works directly with Jacoby & Sons' clients on interior and exterior selections.
